Website privacy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This website is for community-program contacts and prospective volunteers. It has a volunteer application form, but no learner accounts, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Fonts are served with the site; they do not require a request to a third-party font service.

Email inquiries

Partner inquiry links open your email app. If you choose to email, your message and address are handled through the email services involved so that we can reply and discuss a possible collaboration. Please share only your contact details, organization, and broad program needs.

Volunteer applications

The application asks for your preferred name, email address, selected math topics, general weekly availability, and two short answers about your motivation and how you would teach a fractions problem. You may also provide a phone number; this is optional. We use these details to review your application and follow up about possible volunteer roles, including by phone if you provide a number.

When you submit an enabled application form, your answers are sent to Web3Forms for spam checks and email delivery to our inquiry inbox. Web3Forms and the email providers involved process this information. Web3Forms may also process technical details such as your IP address, browser information, and submission time. Read Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its handling and retention details.

We do not save application answers in a website database or browser storage. Copies of your application may be held by the form provider and in email correspondence while your application is reviewed and followed up. You may contact us to request removal of information we hold. Please do not include learner names, school details, home addresses, files, or other sensitive information in your answers.

Technical requests

Cloudflare Pages is the selected hosting service for the public website. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as your IP address and requested page, to deliver the website and operate its services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.

Questions or removal requests

For questions about an inquiry you sent, or to request removal of correspondence we hold, email neevkumar09@gmail.com. This notice describes the website and initial correspondence; any future pilot would need its own agreed information-handling arrangements.
